Mixed feelings

Great location. Definitely ski in/ski out. Before I got there I received a call about my stay etc. I was very impressed, don’t usually get that. However, the caller failed to mention the lobby is on level 2 and explain how to get to the lobby. The signage was vague. Then at check in the employee doesn’t make it clear that the badge reader to get into the building is not working and make sure to memorize or write down the number. She casually mentioned it with saying that’s the code for the hot tub. I left and had to walk all around to get in, thank god it was before the lobby closed. The bed was hard as a rock.

Reservation problem

I arrived at 7 pm. The front desk was closed. I did not have an access code to the building or condo. I called the emergency number. No one knew anything about me. Vail resorts was eventually very helpful and managed to get me in. It took more than an hour. Apparently Hotels.com did not provide the property with my booking information. Very poor experience after laying all day.
