Set at the base of Vail Mountain, steps from Gondola One, this handsome, 1-bedroom residence offers a family room, a premium kitchen, plus a custom dining banquette for six. Additional features include one guest suite with a king size bed, desk/work space and attached, two full bathrooms, sleeper sofa, balcony, air conditioning and garage parking.

Guests will enjoy sweeping mountain views, the convenience of walking to Vail Village, and accessing amenities such as a fitness center, mountainside hot tub and pool, 24-hour front desk, ski valet, concierge and bell service. Complimentary breakfast items plus après cookies and beverages (ski season) are also available.

Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is non-operational and is not intended for use. Parking is available in our covered garage for $50 per day per vehicle. Please see the front desk for a parking permit.

The maintenance was not disclosed to us. Having strangers on the balcony with blinds open was disgauarding.
