The Arrabelle has by far one of the best locations in all of Vail. As soon as you walk outside you're steps away from the Gondola. The staff is great and always looking accommodate. Especially the concierge. We had our two year old daughter with us and the concierge provided us with a ton of options for us to keep our daughter entertained. The breakfast included in our stay each morning was fantastic. There was a person making eggs to your liking. There was every kind of delicious pastry you could imagine. The chocolate croissants and banana bread were my favorite. This was our first time visiting Vail and we loved it. We will definitely be back and will look to stay at the Arrabelle again.

Wonderful experience!

My husband was having surgery at Vail Hospital Steadman Hawkins. We traveled with our 2 my old twins and let me tell you how easy they made this trip for us! Hands down the best experience we have had in Vail thus far! Will definitely be returning! Also!! SOO many GLUTEN FREE options and accommodation! They made my choices on where to eat effortless when typically eating on vacation is a nightmare in itself for those of us with Celiac.

Property was very nice, service was great, only 2 drawbacks I have with the property the food at the tavern was not very good outside of the breakfast buffet which was excellent. And charging me 20 bucks to make up my room one day was absurd when you are paying norhth of 400 for a room.

Our room was tastefully appointed, and we have zero complaints. The staff was extremely professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable. Highly recommend my only disappointment is that the beautiful European aesthetic was updated to be very modern. Most probably like that. I would’ve rather seen the old world Appointments to the lobby and felt that the contemporary light fixtures and art were pretentious and not in keeping with the old European Switzerland delight.

Beautiful river at the foot of the property, great view. Walkable to Vail Village. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. Only one of the jacuzzis was operational when we were there. The bottom of it was rusted -- needs to be updated.

The property is nice. Apparently they are getting ready to do an update. We were not told ahead of time that the water was going to be turned off from 9:00am -5:00. As it turned out it was only hot water turned off till 4:00 so it didn’t impact us too much.

We stayed 2 nights and had no air Condtioning. We called the front desk the first night and he came up and looked at it. He told us it was not working and he would get us a different room. Hour went by and I called again and they said they would move us in the morning. The next morning came and called the front desk again, the last up front had no notes saying they were gonna move us. So she said she would get us moved in the afternoon and that she would text me when the new room is ready. We went all day with no text or call. So we had yet another night with no air conditioning. We left early due to the terrible service. We paid a lot of money to stay at a luxury resort but it was not worth it. We would like are money back or a refund of some sort.
