Only thing i did not like was outside of the buffet and breakfast in general the food for lunch and dinner was not very good, only drawback at this hotel.

Our first room the ac didn’t work. We had to move rooms late at night. The next room didn’t cool well either. It was an adjoining room, we thought we were opening a closet but walked right in on another guest in their room. Apparently there was only one door and it did not lock on both sides. Very strange. The water dispensers didn’t work. One hot tub was broken and the other the lights didn’t work. Over all the place was in a bit of disrepair. Also, there was a loud and very long wedding each of the nights we stayed. Super loud band that played nonstop. Very tough to relax. I would not recommend it or come back.

Beautiful mountain hotel! Staff was very welcoming, the bed was super comfortable in a gorgeous room! Love that the hotel was a part of the experience of walking through Lionshead/Vail. Breakfast was such a beautiful spread!! Highly recommended this lovely hotel.

The hotel was lovely, great central location. Staff super friendly and helpful with check-in/valet. Pool had great hot tub jets, rooftop view of the clock tower.
