Every detail of this home was created with comfort and style in mind. You will love all the cozy blankets, the bean bag chairs in front of the fireplace and the big windows that fill the home with light.

Enjoy staying right in the Town of Vail and backing to a forest.
The free Vail bus is very easy to access and the stop is just down the street at the Red Sandstone bus stop. From the townhome door to the bus stop is just a 6-7 minute walk.

Ground Floor:
Pull into the one car garage and step through the door into the beautiful townhome. No need to scrape the snow off of your car! This entry level has a small game room with a fooseball table, TV & games.
There is also a stackable washer and dryer.


Second Floor:
The huge living room flows into the dining room and kitchen so everyone can spread out and enjoy company while cooking.
There is a deck off of the living room with extensive views and a backyard just off of the dining room.
The backyard offers a lovely place to take in the Colorado air with a grill, outdoor seating and table.


Top Floor:
The large primary bedroom has a King sized bed, a smart TV, and en suite bathroom, a walk in closet and a work station. And glorious views of Vail mountain!

The secondary bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with cozy linens and the full bathroom is just steps away in the hallway. Also, more beautiful views!
