I did not get much communication about check in or anything like that from Vrbo. Once we arrived, we had to find the front desk (different building) and figure it out ourselves.The room was clean, pictures were accurate. It was just a few minute walk from the Gondola which was great.We had access to both a hot pool and a very large hot tub. The hot pool was in the same building and the hot tub was across the street.The balcony has a nice view of the mountain and one of the main roads leading to the gondola.There is also a heated boot / ski storage area on the lower floor, which was appreciated. It is in the basement so we did have to go down one floor from our usual entrance, but there is an elevator if you are feeling the days skiing.Overall we enjoyed our time here!

Perfect location /dated property

The location is wonderful and the check in process was fantastic. The unit itself was a bit old - tiny TV, mismatched plates, cutlery, etc. But we were there to ski and the location was super easy to everything!!! And we could use the pool of the hotel which was warm and wonderful
