Air-conditioned villa with pool in Vaison-la-Romaine, in the heart of Provence

This air-conditioned house is located in a gated holiday residence with a swimming pool. It offers absolute comfort for a stay with family or friends. With three bedrooms, it accommodates up to six guests. Two bathrooms and two toilets ensure smooth daily organization. Families will also appreciate the books, DVDs, games, and the availability of a baby cot (with play mat).



Outside, the Provençal charm is instantly apparent. The private garden is a true haven of peace with an open view of Mont Ventoux. The shaded terrace is perfect for outdoor meals around the electric barbecue. The secure pool, shared with other residents, measures 15 x 6 meters and includes a children's area. A garage is available for a worry-free stay. Three bicycles (mountain bike, hybrid, and city bike) are provided free of charge.



Vaison-la-Romaine is an ideal destination for lovers of history, nature, and gastronomy. Stroll through its medieval historic center, explore its famous Roman ruins, and cross the impressive ancient bridge over the Ouvèze. The Provençal markets are full of local products, perfect for food lovers. A few kilometers away, the Gorges du Toulourenc offer a spectacular setting for swimming and water hiking. For cycling enthusiasts, Mont Ventoux is a real challenge, while the nearby hilltop villages reveal authentic heritage.



The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request (except pool towels) for an extra fee. Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on request. Parties and family gatherings are not permitted.
