Superb apartment with 57 m2 living space, on the first floor of the residence, very sunny and south-west facing, with a small terrace.

Spacious and comfortable, it has retained its original fireplace and wall niches. It includes:

A large 30 m2 living room, with built-in kitchen and two separate sleeping areas,
A separate bedroom with a double bed,
A second independent bedroom with two bunk beds,
A bathroom,
In the heart of the village, facing due south and the Mont Cenis massif, "LA PASTORALE" welcomes you to a 17th-century mansion full of character, which we have completely renovated with the greatest respect for the existing building and its environment.
On the first floor of our residence, you'll also find the VAL-CENIS resort's "ESPACE - MULTIMEDIA" with its many activities (library, Internet WI-Fi, IT, etc.).
Our residence enjoys an exceptional location, with FULL SOUTH exposure, combining proximity to shops and activities with the calm and serenity of a setting away from the main traffic routes.
