Common laundry room in the basement with washing machine - tumble dryer. Private terrace and garden. Shared billiards in a room on the ground floor. House built in 1909, steeped in history, 600 m from the ski slopes of Termignon / Val Cenis Vanoise area. Quiet residential area 300 m from shops, on a west-facing slope. Very nice renovation with lots of charm and character. Quality mountain character. Terrace with garden. Nice view of the massif. After years in Drôme building bread ovens, Pascal and Blandine decided to change their lives. By renovating this listed house from 1909, they have succeeded in creating 3 gites full of charm and comfort, thanks to the development of typical materials and careful decoration.
