Duplex cottage located on the 1st floor of the house comprising a living room-kitchen lounge area (sound bar), 1 bedroom 1 double bed 160x200 cm) opening onto a balcony and with a mezzanine in the eaves (1 single bed 90x190 cm - access by a steep staircase not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Upstairs by a spiral staircase to access a mezzanine with void on living room (3 single beds 90x190 cm including 2 bunk beds - sink). Total floor area: 64 m² including attic areas. Balcony-terrace with garden furniture. Laundry room shared with another cottage (washing machine and dryer) outside, on the garden level. Free and shared sauna on the ground floor of the house (access arrangements, contact the owner) At the entrance to the hamlet Les Grands Champs, the residence comprising 5 apartments is located 300 m from the ski lifts and 2 km from shops, stores and services. In winter, the shuttle stop 100m away will make your travels between Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard easier. The entrance to the residence offers a beautiful space for private ski rooms, equipped with a boot dryer. A few parking spaces are possible in front of the house with a common electric charging station outside. 50 m from the house, a large free public car park will allow you to park easily. Superb duplex cottage in a residence located between the villages of Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard, 300 m from the ski slopes. Many sports and cultural activities, entertainment during summer and winter, in Val Cenis and the authentic villages around Haute-Maurienne: Termignon 7 km, Bessans 10 km or Bonneval sur Arc 17 km. In summer, the Iseran pass to Val d'Isère or a trip to Italy via the Mont-Cenis pass or the Fréjus tunnel in Modane.
