Located on the first floor without an elevator, this bright 37 m² one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 2/4 people (ideal for a couple). It features a bright kitchen opening onto a light-filled living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. An east-facing balcony completes the property.

Set in a peaceful and quiet environment, the residence allows guests to fully enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Laisinant while remaining close to the resort centre, which can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot or by using the free shuttle service.
The residence does not have a lift and provides ski lockers located on level -1.
The free “Train Rouge” shuttle stop, located at the end of the street, provides easy access to the centre of Val d’Isère and the different areas of the resort, with connections towards Le Fornet and La Daille.
