Chambre propre, mais service laisse à désirer

Chambre propre et au goĂ»t du jour. Cependant, plusieurs petits accrocs rendent l'expĂ©rience moins recommandable. D'abord, Ă  mon arrivĂ© il y avait des travaux dans la chambre que j'avais rĂ©servĂ© plusieurs semaines auparavant. On m'a demandĂ© de repasser plus tard, soit prĂšs de 4H aprĂšs l'heure de check-in prĂ©vu... Lorsqu'on vient de faire 5H de route en moto, c'est dĂ©cevant. Il manquait aussi plusieurs commoditĂ©s. Le micro-ondes Ă©tait absent, les serviettes de bain m'ont Ă©tĂ© prise durant mon sĂ©jour et j'ai dĂ» aller en quĂȘter de nouvelles au comptoir, la chaise que je n'avais pas initialement pour manger au comptoir dans la chambre est apparue comme par magie deux jours aprĂšs mon arrivĂ©e. Ce qui est le plus dĂ©cevant est le service. On doit aller s'expliquer aux employĂ©s du restaurant adjacent, qui souvent ne connaissent rien des opĂ©rations du motel. MĂȘme pas un mot d'excuse pour ces accrocs, ça aurait fait la diffĂ©rence dans mon cas entre une bonne note malgrĂ© tout et une moins bonne note !

Style en gĂ©nĂ©ral dĂ©suet, vieux air climatisĂ©, aucun membre du personnel disponible les fins de semaines.et restaurant fermĂ©e, Aucune note Ă  la chambre pour connaĂźtre les directives de remettre ta carte Ă  son dĂ©part. Ni liste des postes TV. Aucun verre, aucun savon Ă  main. Le couvercle de fan de la salle de bain parterre ainsi que le bouchon de bain. Il faut que les voyageurs apportent leurs propres champoing et conditionneur et leurs savons Ă  mains. Les oreillers dĂ©suets. Des draps et tĂȘtes d'oreillers fripĂ©s. Le lavabo ne semble pas ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©. Stationnement gratuit et accessible. Espace trĂšs rentrant dans la salle de bain. À la rĂ©ception, aucune indication pour nous dire que notre chambre est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage et la direction pour s'y rendre. Nous avons dĂ» faire le tour de la bĂątisse et chercher.
