In a nice quiet gated residence, charming apartment of owner, three rooms with ground garden located at 5 min. walk to the old village of Valbonne.
In RdJ you will find an enclosed space of 30 m2 with garden furniture.
Inside, this apartment consists of 3 main rooms including 1 living room with kitchen (kitchen, oven, refrigerator, hot plate, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with a bed 140X190, a large room with two beds 90X190 with bathroom completely redone, a second bathroom with toilet and shower and air conditioning in each main room. The great room opens onto a second enclosed space of 25 m2 with garden shed and a small garden.
Two parking spaces within the grounds of the residence are also offered. All useful telephone numbers, login codes, user manuals of the devices will be available on arrival.

This was the perfect place from which to explore the Cote D’Azur! 20 minutes from Antibes, Grasse, Cagnes sur Mer and only 30 minutes from Nice. The flat is graciously detailed and thoughtfully arranged. Having 2 private outdoor spaces made the stay infinitely more enjoyable. Our host was always available if we needed anything.

Comfortable, clean and 10 minute walk into Valbonne.

A lovely apartment home with two pleasant outside seating areas. Very easy walk into Valbonne, although a little hilly but not a difficult walk. Handy car parking space just outside the property and very nice close neighbours who offered to help us out if needed, although we didn't need to call on them. Helen, the owner, lives away from the property so we had total privacy and were able to make it out home for our three week stay.

Great place to stay for our family.

Hélène was wonderful to work with and she always responded promptly to our emails. We stayed here for 10 days with our 13 year old son and found her place to be very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ability to easily walk into town each morning for our croissants. Our son could even walk into town to explore on his own. The excellent WiFi and parking place were a real plus. There is plenty of activity in and around Valbonne including a lovely Friday market. Each day we could make trips out to the areas around Valbonne such as Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes. After a busy day sightseeing, it was wonderful to return "home" and enjoy a nice meal on the patio. I would certainly recommend this place to our friends.

Mooi appartement, mooie omgeving

Gezellig appartement, leuk en volledig ingericht. Valbonne ligt centraal gelegen voor het bezoeken van de steden en andere leuke kleine plaatsjes in de bergen. Mooie natuur om fijn te wandelen.

Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin

Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht, reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen oder Anliegen. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht, sie liegt zentral zum Ortskern von Valbonne und zu vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Propriétaire très réactive pour répondre aux messages et extrêmement accueillante Logement très agréable, proche des sites touristiques principaux (Gourdon, Grasse, etc.). On peut aller au village à pieds, ce qui ne gâte rien

Tres bien situé

Propriétaire tres accueillante, location bien située aussi bien pour les visites au alentours que pour Valbonne accessible a pied. Juste un petit reproche pour le bruit occasionné par la chaussée toute proche, mais calme la nuit. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Sommerurlaub an der Côte d‘Azur

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) hatten zwei erholsame Wochen in dem sehr schön eingerichteten Appartement von Hélène und füllten uns immer sehr wohl. Das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht. Ein- und Auschecken problemlos. Das Städtchen Valbonne, mit max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt (z.B. morgens zum Bäcker), ist alleine fast alleine schon eine Reise wert. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5km entfernt und bietet alles Notwendige. Kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind im Ort vorhanden. An den schönen Stränden von Cannes, Antibes und Juan les Pins etc. ist man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr gutes Restaurantangebot im Ort und der tolle Wochenmarkt (immer Freitagsvormittag) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aber auch Trips nach Monaco (bitte mobile Daten am Handy ausschalten oder vorher automatische Handynetzauswahl deaktivieren) oder nach Grasse sind schnell möglich. Wir fanden unseren ersten Urlaub in Südfrankreich sehr schön und kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsam und abwechslungsreich

Im Juli dieses Jahres verbrachten wir sehr schöne achtzehn Tage in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Ferienwohnung. Wir fanden alles vor, was man für einen sorglosen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage haben wir an den superheißen Tagen zu schätzen gelernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte gleich zu Beginn einige gute Tipps für uns. Das Städtchen Valbonne überraschte uns mit einem schönen wöchentlichen Markt und einem Regen Treiben am Abend im Stadtzentrum, mit vielen leckeren Restaurants. Strände und viele Highlights in der Umgebung, wie Grasse, Biot, Gourdon und vieles mehr, hat man mit dem Auto bequem in einer halben Stunde erreichen können. Wir können einen Urlaub dort sehr empfehlen!
