You will be staying in a 5-room villa that spans across two levels, with a total area of 320 square meters. The villa features a spacious living/dining room with a panoramic window and a TV (flat screen), providing direct access to the garden, patio, and swimming pool. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table and access to the patio. Additionally, there is a shower room with a bidet and WC on the ground floor. On the upper level, you will find another living room, four bedrooms, and a gallery area. The master bedroom is a spacious 50 square meter room with a bath/shower, bidet, WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, leading to a balcony. The second bedroom features air conditioning and forced-air heating, with access to a balcony. The third room has two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with a balcony access. The gallery area includes a double bed and air conditioning.
