Hotel is lovely ! Checking in staff where great the lobby bar where nice people but they need more training not their fault We dined in the restaurant the food was poor I didn’t eat my main the steak was not good staff where efficient but they didn’t seemed at all bothered that our table of four didn’t eat all the food This is the 2 nd time we’ve stayed here but will not be back because of the good

The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport.

the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully renovated old military hospital, high ceilings, sympathetic materials, amazing glazed lobby, most beautiful spa i have seen for a long time. The town is quite nice but nothing very special, had few drinks in the lovely square which was nice. Art museum was closed till 2024? and townhall under renovation.

+ Great location, impressive building, comfortable bed. - Overpriced and lousy breakfast. Swimming pool much too hot. Sauna broke down weeks ago and no signs of reparation. One fitness machine equally broken down for over a week. Unbelievable a spa hotel does not offer a richer supply of shampoo, douche geld etcetera. Restaurant quality rather poor, staff confused and somewhat rude. Footsteps from rooms above audible in the room, impinging on your sleep.

Bonjour nous avons séjourner dans l’une de vos magnifique suite. Avec 2 extras en fleur. Incroyable la communication et le lieux spectaculaire. Néanmoins très très déçu sur le point restauration après notre passage au spa où nous avons succomber à l’achat d’une bougie nous avons pris un petit verre avec gourmandise sucré dans le salon bar avant de nous rendre au restaurant rouge. Quel désastre. Nos 2 plats étaient froid. On me demander à la commande la cuisson de ma côte de veau où j’ai préciser la vouloir très très cuite celle ci servis froide et rose voir cru à cœur. La mousseline d’accompagnement vraiment froide Les dessert pour ma part le baba au rhum très bon mais la crème brûler de mon conjoint. Je n’ai pas su justifier son tarif. Car en terme de quantité de crème 3 cuillères à peine et une énorme couche de caramel. Nous avons dû réclamer le pain le sel le poivre. Malheureusement je conseillerai à 10000/100 l’hébergement et les extras Mais nous déconseiller vivement. De se restaurer sur place. . Cordialement. Mr Vasseur

Personnel désagréable au bar ,j'ai loué une suite ,je demande un verre au bar à mettre sur la note de la chambre,on me répond que cela ne se fait plus ...soit....mais sur un ton plus que familier,avec une serveuse qui parle mal des clients qu'elle sert juste a côté de moi...le personnel est passif agressif (réception/bar) un grand merci a l'accueil du SPA qui nous a mieux aidé et bien plus polie que ses collègues a la réception 3eme séjour chez et le dernier, l'accueil n'est pas digne de votre établissement

Une royale déception au royal Hainaut

Ayant pris une Suite présidentielle je dois dire que j ai été globalement déçu. D’abord la chambre était certe grande mais avec un couloir d entrée immense qui me sert à rien. Les plafonds sont très bas et la chambre peu lumineuse. Les salles de bain sont grande mais aucune pression dans les douches et la baignoire. En plus nous étions 3 et juste deux peignoirs. Enfin trop de chose qui ne vont pas pour une suite à 800 euros. L’endroit est pourtant incroyable
