Castello apartment, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

The Castello apartment is the largest in Giomici and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is spread over three levels: on the first floor a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while the other two floors consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each. On the top floor, a staircase allows you to climb the roofs to enjoy the breathtaking view of our hills.
You can also use the swimming pool located at 500 mts from the apartment, in our beautiful countryside, surrounded by a terracotta-tiled solarium equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, garden tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool there is a wooden changing room. In the surrounding lawn there are some games for children and a ping-pong table. The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September at a cost of 5 Euros per person, by reservation only.
Utilities, sheets, towels and final cleaning included (daily cleaning available on request). Pets accepted at a cost of 20 Euros per stay.

A few meters away we also manage the Giomici Castle, which our guests can visit or participate in events and dinners. The castle, dating back to the Middle Ages, was, together with the Castle of Biscina and that of Petroia, used to control the Chiascio River Valley which flows into the valley below.

The area offers many opportunities for recreation: artistic destinations (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Todi, Fabriano, Urbino, ...), activities in nature (excursions, caving, hang gliding, canyoning), sports (horseback riding, tennis), discovery of local crafts (pottery, wrought iron, ...), tasting of local products (oil, wine, cold cuts, cheeses, legumes, ...).

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub. The front desk is open around the clock.
