Cosy, rustic house "Les Galets", surrounded by trees. 1.2 km from the centre of Valgorge, 20 km from the centre of Largentière, 40 km from the centre of Aubenas, in a secluded position, 130 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: garden 2'200 m2 (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop "Vals Le Prat" 27 km. Hiking paths: Chemins de randonnées, Chemins de randonnées vélos. The natural stone house is set back approx. 20 m from the small, non-disturbing country road leading from Valgorge to Joannas. The property borders on the torrent 'La Beaume' (direct access via steep, rocky footpath approx. 130 m long).
"Les Galets", 3-room house 80 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, CD-player and air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Ein Traum-Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und an einer idyllischen Lage mitten im Grünen. Ideal um zu entspannen, die Natur zu geniessen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Ich kann es nur empfehlen !

Das Haus

Das Haus war im Großen und Ganzen ganz okay. An einigen Stellen hat es an zu erwartender Sauberkeit gefehlt, so daß nach Ankunft im Haus einige Reinigungsmaßnahmen vorgenommen werden mussten. Das Mobilar war teilweise sehr alt. Die Küche dürfte mal von einem Tischler gerichtet werden. Das Kücheninventar war teilweise zusammengewürfelt, insgesamt wirkte alles sehr billig. Funktionell ja, Wohlfühlcharakter nein. Die nahe am Haus liegende Straße störte nicht.

Vermieter freundlich, spricht aber nur französich Hinweis auf Reinigungsmittel fehlt, was wichtig für die Abwasserversorgung ist z. B. für die Toilettenreinigung. Dank Koordinaten das Quartier sofort gefunden, sonst wäre ein Problem auf- getreten, da es keine Straßenbezeichnung und Hausnummer gibt Ehebett zu niedrig, ca 30 cm die anderen Betten waren gut

agréable séjour en ardèche

location agréable où il serait utile de mettre une antenne TV sur le toit pour une meilleur réception à la place de la petite antenne derrière la télévision. Demander aux loueurs d'arroser quelques fleurs c'est bien mais savoir dire merci à la fin du séjour ne coute rien.

Alles gut - aber.....

Es war alles gut bis auf die nahegelegene Straße, die zwar eine Nebenstrecke, aber am Morgen und Abends sowie am Wochenende stark befahren war. Der Fluß ist nahe, aber zum Schwimmen/Baden muss man andere Plätze suchen (zu schattig etc.). Die Gegend insgesamt ist wunderschön insbesondere für ausgedehnte Wanderungen.

Mooi huis en omgeving.

Fijn huis, alles bij de hand om te kunnen koken wassen etc. Lekker veel ruimte om het huis. Ligt niet erg centaal. Je bent lang onderweg voor boodschappen te doen en bezienswaardigheden te bekijken.

magnifique location

magnifique location mais gérant ne me convient pas trop de faux frais au départ qui ne sont préciser que lorsque vous recevez les documents de voyages c'est a dire a la fin du paiement. Sinon propriétaire des lieux très serviable et geste de bienvenu très gentil.
