The living/dining room has direct access to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are three completely renovated bathrooms with showers. Every corner reflects meticulous attention to detail and a highly innovative style, thanks to the extensive renovation currently underway throughout the house. This house boasts a large outdoor area with a private swimming pool for enjoying nature. The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and parking. It is located in the neighboring municipality of Palamós, where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants.
