Reserve con 8 meses de anticipación, y 8 dias antes de viajar hable y no respetaron mi reservacion. Fue frustrante no poder encontrar otra reservacion por la demanda que habia.

Solo me informaron que no habría lugar para mí.

Tras la notificación de hotels.com confirmando mi reservación, me llegó un correo del hotel informándome que no había lugar y no me presentara. Pedí entonces que cancelaran mi reservación para buscar otro sin problem para mí porque era non-refundable y solo pusieron que había habido un problema con mi pago. Muy poca seriedad de parte del hotel.
