Too noisy!!! Outside dogs , fireworks, loud music and loud traffic all night TOO bright in room. Lots of light from hallways enters room all night. Too bad bc the room is gorgeous and bed comfortable. Spotless and stylish. Front a staff was helpful and location is handy to main plaza and the cancellation district. The open look of hotel is beautiful aesthetically but the noise and light were impossible to sleep throug.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it.

Très bel hôtel à Valladolid, situé à quelques pas de la place centrale. L’espace piscine est parfait pour se rafraîchir et profiter d’un moment de détente. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur commun à la disposition des clients ainsi que du café offert le matin. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

La atención de Joel y su compañera en la recepción siempre muy cordial y accesible. Las instalaciones limpias y ordenadas. Esta ocasión falló el Wifi, poco alcance y capacidad al menos en planta baja, algo que se puede solucionar. Las pláticas por la noche se extienden por todo el pasillo así que lleva tus tapones si tienes sueño ligero. Muy tranquilo durante el día. Podrían mejorar sus almohadas, por favor. Me encanta la ubicación, por eso volví. Gracias.

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans cet hôtel, emplacement idéal pour être proche du centre sans en avoir tous les bruits. Le personnel était très serviable et à l’écoute. Un frigo est à disposition, de l’eau fraîche également. Seul bémol, la wifi n’est pas très performante.

Increíble hotel, muy bonito y con una ubicación perfecta. Está a solo unas cuadras de la plaza principal, rodeado de restaurantes y una tienda de conveniencia. Todo el hotel está impecable, la limpieza es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y decoradas con mucho gusto, lo que le da un encanto especial. El personal es súper amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Un lugar encantador al que sin duda volveríamos.

Es relativamente nuevo. Muy buena ubicación y la idea de una casona tradicional. Llegué a pie desde la central de autobuses, en realidad hice todo a pie (al menos que no te guste caminar). La atención de Mayra y Joel fue muy cálida y atenta. La deco es linda y tiene todo lo necesario para un par de días. Tiene hamaca para la siesta!! Las instalaciones limpias. El WiFi me dió igual pues fui a pasear y descansar. Puede haber ruido de motos, perros o gallos en la zona desde muy temprano por la rutina del pueblo, así que lleva unos tapones para oídos. Sin queja alguna, volveré a este hotel en mis futuras visitas a Valladolid. No hay aguas embotelladas en cuarto pero sí vasos y un dispensador en áreas comunes, donde llené mi termo, no tengo problema, estoy a favor de prácticas sustentables, pero pueden considerar jarras en habitaciones y hielo en un futuro, por el intenso calor.
