Deep in the Ahrntal valley, surrounded by forests, meadows, streams, and mountains, you’ll find the two Silva Apartments houses. Our family-run accommodation welcomes you with warmth and offers a cozy yet modern retreat in the heart of Ahrntal.



Our property in St. Johann features spacious apartments designed to highlight the surrounding natural landscape. Locally sourced materials create a sense of comfort and security, while thoughtful décor reflects our genuine joy in hosting you.



Take a break and unwind! In our holiday apartments with sauna and whirlpool in South Tyrol, you’ll find the relaxation you seek and deserve. Enjoy our small wellness area in St. Johann, the sunny lawn with whirlpool, and the barefoot path—perfect for a truly relaxing stay.



Shops, a supermarket, bakery, and ski rental are just a short walk away (about 200 m). The Skiworld Ahrntal ski areas are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes.



A washing machine is available for all guests to use. One dog per apartment is allowed; a deposit is required upon arrival. Out of consideration for allergies, cats are not permitted.



Parking at the house, as well as bed linen and towels, are included.
