Ubicación excelente,magnífica vista,terraza amplia,reforma reciente,genial en general.Lo único que no tiene ascensor aunque para nosotros no era un problema.

Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Adresse

Etwa 1km und 60 Höhenmeter vom Meer, und dann noch in die 4. Etage… das muss man wollen, wir fanden es nicht schlimm. Bei Wind rappelt so Einiges (Balkontür, Fenster) und morgens gibt es schon gut hörbaren Verkehr. Aber insgesamt fanden wir es - bis auf einen fehlenden Fön - trotzdem gut dort. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig. Sauber und die Zugangsbeschreibung gut verständlich. Klingt jetzt vielleicht negativer als es war. Wir fanden es doch gut und Preis/Leistung voll ok.
