Relax on the Italian Riviera, in this peaceful apartment for 4, just 7 minutes from the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of a modern residence and enjoys a private garden with a shaded terrace. It makes the ideal base for friends or family who want to explore this glamorous coast and the beautiful countryside away from the beach.
The open plan living area leads directly onto a private terrace and garden. The terrace is furnished with a dining table for meals al fresco and sun loungers, for guests to relax and enjoy the mild climate. Back inside, there is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.
Sleeping:
The airy master bedroom has French windows which open onto the terrace and garden. It is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
Bathroom
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Get there early for the freshest local ingredients.
The larger town of Ventimiglia is just 10 minutes away. Here visitors can explore its medieval Old Town and enjoy delicious food at the wide range of restaurants and cafés. Ventimiglia’s famous weekly market is every Friday. Here you can find everything from clothes to homewares.
Nice airport is 52 minutes away and Genova City Airport is 1 hour, 50 minutes. If you are coming by rail then Bordighera station is 6 minutes.
