VALLEDORIA, PINETA SAN PIETRO A MARE - in the northern centre of the Gulf of Asinara.
New semi-detached house has 2 lodgings of 55sq.ca - possibility to rent the whole house or single flat.
Each accommodation has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower-washer-phon, 1 living area with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and induction hob), and 2 sofa beds: one 1-square and one 2-square.
Smart TV, Wi-Fi, climate.
Outside, large enclosed garden, pergola, dining table and relaxing sofas, outdoor shower-washbasin, solarium, reserved parking space.
The sandy beach, both free and equipped, can be reached by a short flat walk through the pine forest.
The pine forest offers relaxation but also entertainment: tennis court, five-a-side football, playground, refreshment bar, pizzeria.
The town centre is 1.5 km from the pine forest. In July and August there is a shuttle service to/from Valledoria -Pineta-La Ciaccia.
