The holiday home Carlotta is located in the residence Pineta Mare in Valledoria Sassari, just a short walk from the beach. consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. A baby cot is also available for an extra fee.
The house also boasts a private outdoor area where you can relax with a cocktail under the sun. This includes a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A shared tennis court is also available in the residence and can be used for an extra charge.
In approximately 6 minutes you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (1.1 km). The house is conveniently located just 5 minutes walking (500 m) from the beach Spiaggia San Pietro A Mare di Valledoria. Furthermore, a bus stop is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.

Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to recharge electric cars on the property.
A video camera continuously monitors the area near the garden access door (outside the rented space) 24/7, recording video only, without audio.
Recycling rules are obligatory and to be respected.
