The Space:
Attico Blu features a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and induction cooktop, as well as a freezer.
Everything you need to cook or simply prepare a delicious breakfast—perhaps to enjoy on the terrace.
The living room features a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, which can easily accommodate one person.
There is one double bedroom and one with two single beds, both overlooking spacious terraces and equipped with large closets for storing your clothes.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and drying space.
A vacuum cleaner is also available.
A private garage is included in the price and located in the basement.
The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which also functions as a heat pump.
