Los apartamentos no tienen aire acondicionado, hacia mucho calor y era necesario tener las ventanas abiertas. El problema, el gran ruido que se forma en el resto de apartamentos no te deja descansar. Lo mismo a partir de las 15h con los gritos de la piscina. Nuestro balcón daba justo a la zona de la piscina, poco recomendable.

Nous avons passés d’excellentes Vacances, résidence très appréciable par ses équipements ,piscines nettoyé tout les jours , jardin, barbecue , garage, l’appartement est très simple mais fonctionnel il manquerait peut être la climatisation qui serait agréable , une cafetière et un micro onde. Sinon tout était très bien, la Sardaigne est une belle île et les sardes sont d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement incroyable, nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette île. Grazié millé

IL MIO SOGGIORNO

Il residence è bello,pulito e tranquillo,la referente in loco molto gentile e disponibile,per famiglie e coppie. Consigliato per chi preferisce alternare spiaggia e piscina parchè per raggiungere spiaggie belle ci vogliono almeno 40/50 minuti di macchina. Anche se in centro al paese ci si arriva a piedi la Muddizza non offre molto quindi se si vuole fare la classica passeggiata sul lungomare oppure tra bar,mercatini e negozietti di vario genere bisogna prendere la macchina. Siamo stati bene! Grazie ciao.

Super vakantie

Mijn vrouw, onze dochter van anderhalf jaar en ik verbleven twee heerlijke weken in appartement 31 van dit rustige wooncomplex. Het appartement is groot, met een keuken incl. koelkast, oven, fornuis en toebehoren, aparte badkamer met wasmachine, een slaapkamer met veel bergruimte en een ruim balkon waar we elke ochtend ontbeten. Verder is er in de binnenplaats een diep zwembad en een apart kinderzwembad met ligbedden voor algemeen gebruik en achter het gebouw bevindt zich nog een grote tuin met de mogelijkheid om er te barbecueën en voldoende privé parkeerplaatsen. Het hele complex is schoon, goed verzorgd en rustig. Een perfecte plek om onze vakantie door te brengen. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd. Je hebt de diverse stranden in de buurt met de auto erg goed bereiken. Verder is er een ruime keuze aan restaurants, maar ook supermarkten en lokale dorpjes die we bezocht hebben. Een speciaal dank aan Pietro en Luigi, die er met hun gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid voor hebben gezorgd dat we een super vakantie hebben gehad. Een absolute aanrader!!!

Bonne situation de l'appartement, proximité des plages et commerces. Appartement pour 4 personnes pas adapté, pas de table de terrasses (obligé de prendre celle de la cuisine) durant notre séjour. disposition de cuisine trop petite pour cuisiner, matériel très sommaire, et pas de verre à vin. Avons l'habitude de voyager en location mais cet appartement ne devra pas être occupé par plus de 2 personnes. Sommes restés 10 jours mais pas déçu de la région mais de l'appartement.

Apartamento genial!!

El apartamento era de una habitación con sofá-cama en el comedor. Estaba muy limpio y con los utensilios básicos para pasar unos días, incluso dispone de horno. Tiene piscina y aparcamiento para el coche. Tiene una buena situación para desplazarse por el norte de la isla. Hemos estado muy a gusto y el personal era muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

El apartamento cumple exactamente con lo que se anuncia, limpio, bien situado, cerca de la playa y de servicios, tal vez un poco escaso de ajuar. Con preciosas vistas al campo y a la piscina del complejo residencial desde la terraza donde realizamos todas las comidas. franchement imbattable

Région très sympa ( Sassari et porto Torres 40 min , olbia 1h45 ), propriété et appartement très bien équipé , piscine entretenue chaque jour ,propreté et état général de l appartement comme nous n en avions pas vu depuis longtemps. Les plages sont magnifiques, on trouve de la place très facilement pour sa serviette . Sans hésitation nous reviendrons !!!!!!

Tutto perfetto, fantastica terrazza

Casa di recente costruzione e corredata di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Vicina al paese della Muddizza e a ristoranti, bar e market. Base ideale per visitare le più belle spiagge del golfo dell'Asinara. Molto vicina anche la spiaggia della Ciccia, circa 1km. Quello che abbiamo maggiormente apprezzato, durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata la fantastica la terrazzina dove mangiare e rinfrescarsi la sera. Proprietario gentile e comprensivo. Un esperienza piacevole e da ripetere.

A perfect place

My wife, our baby girl and I spent 3 wonderful weeks in Valledoria. Pietro, the owner, is both welcoming and helpful. The residence is perfect for families as you may choose to take a swim in the pool, relax in the large garden, or simply chat with the friendly neighbors. Outside the residence, you have a wide choice of beaches. In Valledoria, you will find restaurants serving excellent local dishes for cheap. For all the above reasons, we highly recommend this place.

Il complesso e' molto bello con piscina, giardino e zona barbecue. L' appartamento e' nuovo, tenuto bene e pulito. Il proprietario e' gentile . La zona e' tranquilla e nelle spiagge ampie non vi e' la confusione tipica di agosto Consiglio sicuramente questo soggiorno .

Sono stato ospite di pietro a luglio 2014 con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto carino e confortevole oltre che molto pulito. L'assistenza del suo referente locale è stata ottima. Anche l'area parco e barbecue è molto ben curata con una vista sul mare bellissima. Molte spiagge carinissime a pochi minuti di auto, senza caos e stress. Siamo stati molto bene. Da consigliare a famiglie e anche a gruppi di amici perchè nel residence Pietro ha disponibilità di altri alloggi.

El apartamento está bien, le falta algo de equipamiento, pero en general dispone de lo necesario y si falta algo Luiggi se encarga de todo. La playa está cerca, pero en Valledoria no hay mucho que hacer, pero Castelsardo está relativamente cerca.Necesario llevar coche.
