Ein modernes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung.Geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kinder.Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.Ein netter kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und eine schöne Dachterrasse.Kasia war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Trop cher et trop loin

La plage Baia Delle Mimose se trouve à 1h50 à pieds et non à 5 minutes. La plage la plus proche se trouve à 25 minutes à pieds. Seul la base nautique se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds mais il n'y a pas de plage ou de possibilité de se baigner. Nous avions choisi cette maison car elle était à 5 minutes de la plage mais nous avons dû prendre la voiture à chaque fois. La maison est bien équipée mais les jardins sont trop proches et on a l'impression de passer nos soirées avec les voisins car trop bruyants. Le lotissement est toujours en travaux et tous les matins nous étions réveillés à 7h30 par les travaux.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Haus in Valledoria verbracht. Das Haus gehört zu einer kleinen Anlage und ist noch ganz neu. Sehr schöne moderne Einrichtung, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Zimmer groß und freundlich. Große Außenterrasse und eine kleine weitere Terrasse auf dem Dach. Abgesperrter Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Außendusche,... Lediglich der Garten ist etwas klein. Super zufrieden waren wir mit Monika von der Agentur, die das Haus betreut. Hat uns bei der Buchung der Fähre geholfen und war immer ansprechbar. Ganz kurze Antwortzeiten. Wirklich vorbildlich :) Ciao

Sardinien erkunden im Frühling

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Sardinien genossen. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so mitgespielt während unseren zwei Wochen Ferien, es hat oft geregnet. Aber das mit dem Wetter ist ja immer Glücksache und wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, gut eingerichtet und schön, vor allem der Gartensitzplatz ist herrlich mit viel Platz. Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, da sie problemlos draussen spielen können. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Wohnung noch nicht lange fertig gestellt worden und deshalb (und wahrscheinlich wegen des feuchten Wetters) sehr feucht. Wir nehmen an, dass das später dann besser war. Was wir geschätzt hätten, wenn man uns informiert hätte, dass direkt hinter unserer Unterkunft eine Baustelle ist.Tagwach war deshalb so ca. um 7 Uhr morgens. Also nichts für Leute die ausschlafen möchten (wir sind zum Glück keine grossen Langschläfer). Die Wohnung liegt ansonsten ruhig und abgelegen, nicht sehr weit weg hat Valledoria einen sehr schönen Sandstrand. Wie gesagt, es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir sind mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen wieder zuhause.
