It was a difficult stay due to the winter conditions. It snowed, and the property was not equipped to handle it. We had to cancel our ministry trip on Sunday morning after spending 30 minutes attempting to clear the snow. Our personal friends had to come and assist us, which was supposed to be handled by you.The worst part is that the person of contact was unresponsive to calls and texts, at the moment, until one of our team was able to find him later. Additionally, the heating system was noisy throughout the night. We also had to stop using one of the rooms due to a leak.The bathroom downstairs is unfinished. Some windows don't have curtains.Overall, the situation was extremely inconvenient.We travel every year for our ministry conference, but have never experienced this before. It's like we paid for a service that we didn't receive.

The property was not well maintained. There was a horrible smell upon arrival, the house was cold, we had to reach out to the host to get it resolved. However it only lasted one day. The next day, the heat was off again. We saw roaches in the upstairs bathroom. Eventually, we had to check out 2 days early and move to a hotel.

The property was clean. Couple of issues we had. The radiator in one of the downstair bed rooms was not working. But we managed. Ither than that, no issues.

Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. Owner went out of their way to hurry construction/repair, helped with early checkin and had great communication throughout. Easily slept 9 with room to spare, and couches seated the same number too!
