1) Make sure you DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. Mailing forgotten items will not be an option.
2) Take pictures of every room including kitchen and bathroom - emailed them to me via VRBO
3) Avoid cooking/making heavy breakfast (fried eggs, bacon, sausage patties etc.) on the very last day. Odors won't fade away by the time next guests arrive - hope you understand
