bed : comfort middle average good situation regarding village and what to visit around a pity : snack was closed : but you can have breakfast in the middle of the village : be carefull about some café : breakast at 6 euro without croissant a,nd fresh bread, jam not good. buy your bread and croissant at the baker's and have only coffee

Super séjour. la résidence est trÚs bien placée, proche du centre de Vallon Pont d'Arc (à pied), et de la gare routiÚre (pour le festival d'Aluna). Personnel trÚs sympathique. Logement bien conçu, avec climatisation. Nous avons également profité de la piscine.

Pas au niveau d’un 3 Ă©toiles

La notation 3* est exagĂ©rĂ©e, c’est assez vieillot (plaques Ă©lectriques et vieux radiateurs Ă©lectriques). Le support de douche Ă©tait cassĂ© et certains ustensiles trĂšs abimĂ©s (couvercle et planche Ă  dĂ©couper), pas d’égouttoirs. Aussi impossible de se connecter au wifi parce qu’il y aurait trop de monde
 il faudrait songer a prendre un abonnement pro et des rĂ©pĂ©teurs wifi. Le sol du logement n’était aussi pas propre a notre arrivĂ©e. Quartier un peu bruyant la nuit (scooters et aboiements).

Je n'ai pu m'y rendre en raison d'un cas de force majeure. N'envoyez pas de courriels à l'hÎtel ils ne repondent pas... tout de suite prévenir hÎtel.com. Et aprÚs quand finalement (quand c'est trop tard) l'hÎtel vous appelle, ils vous disent qu'ils sont dans l'impossibilité de décaler votre réservation.... mais ça ce n'est pas le pire, en fait on vous avoue que l'hÎtel ne réserve pas une seule nuit mais deux minimum... la blague. Bref à fuir. J'ai décidé de faire, plutÎt une esclale à Nßmes Hotel Majestic et il n'y a pas photo... je vous le conseille vivement. Bonne chance à vous.

Attention, ce n'est pas un hĂŽtel !

Résidence agréable mais ce n'est pas un hÎtel ! N'oubliez pas de venir avec vos produits d'entretien ! Le papier toilette n'est pas fourni, ni le savon. L'accÚs aux appartements se fait à pied, vous devez porter vos valises au travers d'un dédale de petits chemins. Et surtout : à vous de faire le menage en partant ! Un point positif : le centre village est accessible à pied en 20 mn.

A part l'accueil, pour lequel j'ai dĂ©jĂ  fait part de mes vifs reproches, le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able: calme, logement bien Ă©quipĂ©, piscines trĂšs agrĂ©ables, situation proche centre ville apprĂ©ciable. A recommander, sauf si on doit arriver un jour (mercredi) ou une heure oĂč la rĂ©ception est fermĂ©e. Car en ce cas, c'est le dĂ©brouille-toi tout seul

Appartement trĂšs suffisant pour une famille. 2 chambres. Par contre, tĂ©lĂ©viseur minuscule dans la piĂšce Ă  vivre. Au dessus du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur... Wi-Fi inexistant ou presque. Idem pour les rĂ©seaux mobiles. Zone quasi blanche. On n’est pas venus pour ça mais impossible ou presque de se connecter pour avoir des renseignements pour visiter la rĂ©gion ou consulter la mĂ©tĂ©o. C'est encore plus dommage que la rĂ©gion est tres belle.

Personnel trĂšs sympathique et professionnel, le logement mĂ©riterait une rĂ©novation surtout au niveau des matelas. Meuble ancien. Les deux piscines sont Ă©galement Ă  rĂ©nover au niveau du liner. Les piscines sont sous dimensionnĂ©es pour la pleine saison. Le gros problĂšme est le manque de climatisation dans les logements qui est invivable en Ă©tĂ© ! Il n’y a mĂȘme pas de ventilateur pour essayer de faire baisser la tempĂ©rature. Dommage car le logement est bien placĂ© pour visiter l’ArdĂšche
