We propose you to rent, on the commune of Valmeinier, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the lower floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), wardrobe and shelves
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace of about 1.20m x 4m with 2 armchairs and 4 garden chairs.

The flat is ideally located in Valmeinier, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema...

Activities :
- Winter sports resorts within walking distance: vast ski area and large ski resorts with modern facilities, snowshoeing etc. Ice sculpture competition every winter 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- Numerous hiking trails. Possibility of hiking with a mountain guide all year round.
- Various activities offered by the resort (petanque competition, football, inflatable games etc).
- Nearby events: International Animation Film Festival, Venetian Carnival of Annecy, Musilac

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
Free shuttles every 10 minutes in winter and every hour in summer to go from Valmeinier village to the top of the resort (from 1500m to 1850m).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: St Jean de Maurienne train station at about 30mn Chambéry train station at about 1h15
- Nearest airport: Chambéry airport at about 1h20

- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rate: 20€ / double bed kit, 10€ / large towel, 8€ / small towel, 8€ / bath mat, 3€ / washcloth, 5€ / tea towel.
- Luxury Touch" option at 35€ / person including bed made on arrival, 7 small "sweet" chocolates, 7 soap and shampoo kits (30 ml), 7 doses of perfumed bath salts, request and payment from our service provider on site.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider). To be booked in advance and paid on site). Price : 100 €.
- The location of the apartment next to a ski room can sometimes bring a little passage and noise.
- The station is completely closed from mid-April to early July and from late August to mid-December (including shops).
