Total floor area: 184 m² with sloping ceilings included. Partly sheltered terrace with a spa. Private courtyard / parking with small plot. Public parking in front of the cottage. Village school from 1912 steeped in history located very close to the famous Cols du Télégraphe and Galibier route. Close to the Tour du Thabor route linked to the famous GR5. Hamlet overlooking the valley of Valmeinier on a south-east facing slope. Very good comfort. Contemporary country and mountain spirit. Very clear view of the mountains. Close to shops and services (during the tourist season).
