The apartment is fully furnished, equipped with all appliances, including washing machines and dishwashers, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, hand blender, hairdryer). It has an excellent terrace and balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers to rest. It has a TV and free Wi-Fi. It is located in the city center of ERMESINDE, 9 kilometers from the city of PORTO, 500 meters from the train station. In 15 minutes by train to the center of Porto (S. Bento), near Matosinhos, Guimarães, Braga, Vila Real .... The train station is a railway junction for various destinations, such as Minho (Guimarães, Braga, Viana do Castelo ... and for the wine region, national heritage, the Douro Litoral Valongo, Penafiel Régua, Tua, Pocinho .. .). There is a bus (public transport) next to the apartment for the entire metropolitan area of Porto and other destinations, day and night, with different schedules.
The rental of the apartment includes a change of all linen in the apartment (towels, bed linen, kitchen) throughout the stay. The apartment has two (two) independent bedrooms. There is a private parking space for one car. Today, July 16th, I inform you that it is only available from August 15th (inclusive).
