Awesome

We had an excellent time here. The place is very quaint and was just perfect for the two of us and our little dog. The best thing was steps to the awesome beach. We were close to town and a little grocery store at the end of the block. Bigger one down about 1km and downtown area with some fun dining experiences. The hosts were great and very welcoming. See you next time.

Amazing stay in a lovely apartment

The property is lovely with everything you could possibly need. It is literally a minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The property owner was amazing to deal with and so helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will be returning in the future.

End of season respite

Spent a lovely few days in Melissa's apartment. The apartment is wonderfully light, spacious & had everything we needed for some basic rest & relaxation. Being so close to the beach was great & we had more of a sea view than expected from the terrace which was a bonus! The apartment is at the far end of Valras Plage which is quieter & suited us perfectly. Well positioned for exploring the area too. All good :)

Fun in the sun

We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious well lit apartment. We stayed a week with our two sons and the proximity to the beach is very comfortable. You are literally 2 minutes from getting your toes in the water and the sand. Melissa our host was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. It will be nice if the facility will have its own washing machine and a kettle and the beach umbrella on the spacious balcony can be replaced as well. When we asked for a kettle Melissa brought us her own and we appreciated it. Will will definitely recommend this place and wished we could stay longer. We would love to go back again.

Wir sind zum wiederholten Male da gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sicher nicht perfekt, aber schön und sauber und zum Strand sind es wirklich nur ein paar Meter und die wichtigsten Geschäfte sind ebenfalls in Laufweite. Bad und Toilette sind klein und bereiten große Menschen vermutlich schon Probleme. Für uns passt es. Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, aber ist ausreichend. Da wir schon zum zweiten mal da waren, haben wir ein paar Sachen, die für uns wichtig sind mitgebracht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend und antwortet bei Fragen und Problemen zeitnah. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un logement agréable et bien situé 50m de la plage idéal. Les places de parking très prisées ! Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés équipement cuisine limité ( pas de four dommage), pas de brasero. Mais dans l’ensemble nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Emplacement idéal pour passer des vacances en bord de mer . L’appartement en lui même est plutôt agréable et bien desservi malgré qu’il manque des choses & que tout ne soit pas identique à l’annonce. ( entrée sale, pas de brasero , grille à barbecue inutilisable , pas de pince à linge, pommeau de douche fonctionnant mal, 1 salle d’eau et non 2 comme indiqué sur l’annonce ). Sans parler de la voisine du dessous .. locataire saisonnière qui fait extrêmement de bruit en particulier le soir tard & la nuit. ( cris, dispute, coups dans les murs .Sans ça la Clim, la vue, la terrasse ainsi que les autres fonctionnalités de l’appartement nous ont permis de passer un bon séjour.

Perfekte Lage und schöne Wohnung

Die komfortable Ferienwohnung war wirklich perfekt in direkter Strandnähe in einer ruhigen Straße. Von der Terrasse aus gibt es einen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet.

Valras Plage en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. L'appartement est très bien. Nous avons apprécié la clim en cette période de canicule et le fait d'être très proche de la plage. Le petit point faible c'est sa distance pour aller en ville, au port. C'est très difficile de garer la voiture. Ca se fait à pied (environ 30/40 min de marche) mais avec la chaleur, ce n'est pas très agréable. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec les locataires du dessous qui étaient très bruyant la nuit jusqu'à des 6 h du mat. Nous avons été contraint d'en parler à la propriétaire qui est rapidement intervenu et tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Perfekte Lage für Strandurlaub

Nur wenige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt, das Meer ist nicht tief. Spielzeug für Kinder und auch Bücher (auf französisch) sind vorhanden!

Par où je pourrais commencer ? * L 'abris que nous avons découvert était finalement un chenil. Des pelottes de poils de chien ou je ne sais pas partout. * la télécommande ne fonctionne toujours pas et ce depuis longtemps vu qu'il y a la même remarque sur un avis de 2023. *Méfiez-vous de la salle de bain la porte reste coincée et l' eau chaude est rationnée 2 douches d'enfant et vous n'aurez plus qu'à attendre 3 heures. * Merci de préciser dans l'annonce que le canapé et les chaises sont des essuis mains. * La vue mer est incroyable avec des jumelles vous ne verrez pas ce qui vous entoure un tas de maisons collées serrées. * les balais crasseux pleins de poils expliquent l'etat de propreté pitoyable de l'abris. Merci pour tout ce fut formidable nous ne reviendrons jamais. Obligés de retrouver une location en urgence digne de ce nom avec 4 enfants.

Appartement bord de mer

Appartement très bien situé entre la mer et les commerces très proche. Gros point négatif : pas d'emplacement privatif donc galère pour se garer, alors qu'une place est attiré a cette maison dommage qu'elle ne soit pas marqué privé. Et petit point négatif : manque de vaisselle pour 6 personnes ( une grosse casserole, une grande poêle et plus de vaisselle : assiette couvert et verres...) sinon superbe appartement où nous pourrions revenir.

Es passte alles soweit, für die kurze Zeit war das okay, die sehr netten hilfsbereiten Nachbarn gegenüber dem Haus sind zu erwähnen, insbesondere bei der Parkplatzsuche, due sich als etwas schwierig gestaltet hat. Die Sicht auf das Meer war leider durch die heranwachsenden Bäume etwas gesperrt. Ansonsten hat alles andere gepasst.
