"Please note the following to ensure a smooth stay: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. We kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This property is suitable for events. Pets are not allowed. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
