"Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The apartment is located on Avenue des Elysées in Valras-Plage. A private garage is provided for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating for your comfort. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils are also provided. Linens and towels are included. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property
