The Space:

Welcome to La Méridienne, a fully renovated house designed for a true seaside holiday. The beach is right at the doorstep: no road to cross, no car needed — just the sand, the sea, and the summer atmosphere of Valras-Plage.

The house offers around 130 m² of generous space, ideal for hosting families or groups in comfort. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets, so everyone keeps their own space and privacy. Upstairs: a beautiful living area with an open kitchen and a bright lounge, a separate toilet and a master suite.

The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Internet, a washing machine and a dryer.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 bed 180 cm · 1 bed 160 cm · 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm · 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 cm · 1 bunk bed 90 cm. Single beds can be pushed together on request.

Outside: a pleasant garden and three private parking spaces, a real advantage in peak season.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, the garden and the three parking spaces. The property is rented in its entirety.



The Neighborhood:

La Méridienne enjoys a rare location in Valras-Plage: directly on the beach, with nothing between the terrace and the sea. The perfect address to enjoy the sea from morning to night. Swimming, beach walks, restaurants, shops, markets, ice cream and summer activities — everything is within walking distance.



Getting Around:

From the house, all of Valras-Plage is walkable: the beach, restaurants, shops, town centre, harbour, markets and seasonal events are just a few steps away. Park the car on arrival and leave it there for the whole stay.



Other Things to Note:

The property is not wheelchair accessible. The house is fully air-conditioned; Internet, a washing machine and a dryer are available on site. Single beds can be pushed together on request.

Bed linen, bath towels and a welcome kit are provided, and cleaning is included.

Security deposit required: a deposit of €800 will be requested, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation taken on the day of arrival.

Optional baby equipment: travel cot and high chair provided as a package at €15 for the stay. The travel cot comes with the standard mattress intended for this type of bed, not an extra thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: available subject to availability, with a €40 supplement. Late arrival after 11 p.m.: €40 supplement only if an in-person welcome is required; for self check-in, no supplement is charged.



Interaction with Guests:

Valras'Loc services included: welcome kit, cleaning, laundry, 7-day guest assistance, last-minute bookings and partner deals with discounts of up to 10% on selected activities and restaurants.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
