The Space:
Welcome to Maison Espadon — a fully renovated home designed for a genuine seaside escape.
The beach is right at the doorstep. No road to cross, no car needed: just the sand, the sea and the laid-back atmosphere of Valras-Plage.
The house offers around 130 m² of well-proportioned living space, comfortably sleeping families or groups. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs, giving everyone their own space and privacy throughout the stay.
On the first floor: an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright lounge, a separate WC and a master suite. The house is fully air-conditioned throughout, with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Bedrooms: 1 king bed (180 cm) · 1 double bed (160 cm) · 1 room with 2 single beds (90 cm) · 1 room with 2 single beds (80 cm) · 1 bunk bed (90 cm). Single beds can be pushed together on request.
Outside: a pleasant private garden and a dedicated parking space — a real advantage in high season.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, the garden and the parking space. The property is rented in its entirety.
The Neighborhood:
Maison Espadon enjoys a rare location in Valras-Plage: directly on the beach, with nothing between the house and the sea.
It's the perfect base for a full seaside day, from morning to evening. Swimming, walks on the sand, restaurants, shops, markets, ice cream, summer events — everything is within easy walking distance.
Getting Around:
From the house, all of Valras-Plage is walkable: the beach, restaurants, shops, town centre, harbour, markets and seasonal events are just a few steps away. Park the car on arrival and leave it there for the whole stay.
Other Things to Note:
The house is currently being finished and will be ready for the last weekend of May. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A security deposit of €100 is required by card imprint. The house is fully air-conditioned. Wi-Fi, washing machine and tumble dryer are available on site. Single beds can be pushed together on request. Bed linen, bath towels and a welcome kit are provided. Cleaning is included.
Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property.
Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.
