• Approx. 85 m²
• 3 bedrooms upstairs (each with a double bed)
• Living room with open-plan equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher
• Shower room
• 2 separate toilets
• Air conditioning in the living room
• 2 furnished terraces
• Shared pool (open from 15 June to 15 September)
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.
Self check-in possible with a connected key box, or personalised welcome depending on your arrival time.
Private garage on the ground floor and the possibility to park a second vehicle in the residence.
Good to know: a road must be crossed to access the pool.

The house is located 900 m from the beach and the town centre, in a quiet residential area. Local shops, restaurants, markets and water activities are just a few minutes away.
