This country house, located on the outskirts of Valsequillo, combines the peace of the countryside with the convenience of having everything close by. Just 1.5 km from the town center and 30 minutes by car from the beach, it is the ideal starting point to explore the island and enjoy its contrasts.
The property offers 400 m² of private garden with parking and 500 m² of fruit trees, where you can taste oranges, lemons, plums, loquats, figs, or almonds directly from the tree. The fenced garden provides complete privacy and security, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and several tables to enjoy meals outdoors with mountain views. The entire property has automatic solar lighting.
