Holiday cottage located in a private development, in Los Llanos, near Valsequillo village.



The cottage is perfectly prepared, not only for weekly holidays but also for long stays, as it is well equipped. At the entrance, we find the living room, very comfortable and bright, with a 65-inch TV connected to the Internet with Netflix included. Next to it is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything needed to cook. Following the kitchen, the 3 bedrooms: one with a master bed 150 cm x 190 cm, the 2nd one with 2 single beds and the 3rd one with a single bed and sofa bed. The house also has an Internet connection by optic fibre.



Outside we find 2 separate areas: at the entrance there is a pleasant terrace in the shade of the pine trees, and on the side of the house another terrace with furniture to enjoy an outdoor breakfast and with loungers to enjoy the sun.

tutto l'insieme, la casa era fantastica,spaziosa e molto comoda con una cucina splendida, il mobilio era forse un poco da sistemare, ma è una cosa normale in una casa vacanze usata un po' da persone di tutti i tipi,da chi è civile e attento e anche da chi no, televisione grandissima collegata ad internet e con netflix installato, wi fi in tutta la casa e direi che nel complesso è stato un soggiorno perfetto, compresa la gattina che veniva a trovarci ogni giorno :-)) da Italiano..un bidet non sarebbe una cattiva idea :-)))

Liebevoll gepflegtes Landhaus

Sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattetes Landhaus, in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zu Wanderung in den Bergen, aber auch nur 20 Minuten von einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Der freundliche Vermieter empfängt einen persönlich und macht eine Einweisung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der das Kochen Spaß macht. Im Garten hat man von morgens bis abends Sonne, aber auch Möglichkeiten, sich im in den Schatten zurückzuziehen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Charming and cozy cottage in gorgeous setting

We had a great stay with our kids, 10 and 7, over Xmas and NY. Great location, beautiful mountainous landscape around and great grounds. Owner was friendly and very helpful.

Heerlijk huis met fijne buitenruimte, rustig gelegen

Wij hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf; alles klopte; veel comfort en alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben was aanwezig. Gastheer Mariano was heel attent en heeft zijn best gedaan om ons verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Het huis is licht, ruim en comfortabel. Zeer aan te bevelen!!

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren zu viert und haben uns in diesem Haus richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, auch elektrische Heizer gab es für die kühlen Abende. Außerdem ist die Lage in dieser Siedlung sehr ruhig. Alles in allem würden wir dort wieder Urlaub machen!

We booked the villa just days before are holiday was due to start. Although the villa requires a car to obtain the best of peace and yet visit other locations e.g. beaches and las palmas,it more than met our expectations.The villa was very clean ,comfortable and private .The owner could not have been more welcoming and helpful.He went out of his way to ensure everything was satisfactory for us .We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the villa.It is in a gated community and we found it very secure. You are amongst Spanish families in their normal home environment.The weather was brilliant and we were sorry to leave.Thank you Mariano and have a good Christmas.Carroll and Edward

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus/Wohnung mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer abgeschlossnen Wohnsiedlung mit Gemeinschaftsanlagen ( u.a. Pool und Tennisanlagen )in der Mitte. Es ist sehr geräumig, hat ein großes Whnzimmer und eine sehr große Wohnküche und drei außreichend große Schlafräume. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich sehr schön, es gibt einen großen Tisch mit Laubenüberdachung, der fast den ganzen Tag nicht verschattet ist, einen kleinen mit Abendsonne, und zwei Stühle vor dem Haus in der Morgensonne. Auf der Südwestseite gibt es eine Rasenfläche mit drei Liegen. Außerdem ist noch ein Grill vorhanden. Zu drei Seiten gibt es Ausgänge nach draußen. Bei der Ausstattung ist das schnelle Internet hervorzuheben und der 55 Zoll Fernseher. Außerdem ist noch ein Fernseher in einem Schlafraum. Leider ist kein Satelittenempfang vorhanden, obwohl dies in den Suchkriterien von Fewo-direkt angegeben war. Dies und die Tatsache, daß die Dusche erneuerungs- bzw. grundreinigungbedürftigt ist, sind der Grund für mich, nicht die volle Punktzahl zu vergeben. Beides ist aber mit wenig Aufwand zu beheben. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, daß zwar der größte Teil des Hauses vermietet wird, jedoch im Obergeschoß noch eine weiterer Teil vermietet ist, jedoch mit separatem Eingang. Dies stört jedoch nich sehr, weil man davon nur sehr wenig mitbekommt. Die Kontaktaufnahme, der Ablauf und die Übergabe vor Ort war alles sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und reibungslos. Deshalb kann das Ferienhaus durchaus weiterempfohlen werden.
