The focal points are all around: ski lifts and ski schools, social clubs, restaurants, spas, shops, good food, music, wellness, and excitement. It offers two balconies, a smart TV, a modern kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and microwave, a washer and dryer, a private garage and ski rack inside the apartment for a safe storage.



On the 3° floor with elevator, it can accommodate a maximum of 4+2 people with two bathrooms complete with a shower for a total of 60 m2. The best of the resort is close at hand – over 300 km of slopes straddling Italy and Switzerland, the lively pedestrian area, and the famous Cervino golf club with a spectacular 18-hole golf course immersed in a unique natural environment – all at the foot of Monte Cervino.
