Cozy house with all the amenities you need to feel right at home! Only a minute from downtown area and home is located close to elementary school. House is very close to First Baptist church of Van Buren and about 1/2 a mile to downtown area to catch a train ride or to go shopping or dining! Only a few minutes away from the interstate if you need to travel to Fort Smith area- it is about 5 minutes away. Quiet older neighborhood with a diverse range of homes. Linens are provided along with soap and shampoo. Bedroom one has a queen size bed with a desk area if needed for business. Bedroom two has a king size bed. Both rooms have super plush mattresses and comfortable bed linens. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. House is around 850sqft. Very quaint and cozy! Small back yard area but no fence. Washer and dryer are provided and laundry soap if needed. Pet-friendly if you would like to bring your pets. Each bedroom has a roku tv as well as the living room. Iron and ironing board available. Hair dryer available.

Cute house

This is a cute house in a less than ideal neighborhood. It was an especially hot week when I visited, and the AC had difficulty keeping up. It was frequently 75-77 when I got home from working at the hospital. Otherwise a great experience. The host was very helpful.

Just what we needed

We only stayed one night on our cross country trip, but this is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, quaint house and neighborhood for our night. This was our first ever VRBO, so easy booking, instructions on how to get in, and communication made it a nice stay!
