Private property: The apartment is located on our family’s private property. Guest are welcome to enjoy the front porch, parking area, and apartment.
No parties or events. Registered guest only. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
If using the fire pit never leave it unattended and ensure it is completely extinguished before going inside. No grilling on the front porch.
