Room was clean and comfortable. Associate at desk was friendly and courteous. Only issue with check in, there was only one luggage cart and it was in TERRIBLE condition! Very difficult to use, loaded with luggage. Hard to push for a 73 yr old woman!

The person on duty was Anita. She was very helpful. Even took the time to clean off a table by the fireplace so we could enjoy our dinner there instead of our room as the restaurant was closed for Thanksgiving. She mad3 a fresh pot of coffee for us to enjoy also. She was cheerful and went out of way to make feel at home.

Very unique hotel due to its historic vibe. Very quaint and cozy. Very pet friendly! They even have a little area off the main restaurant where you can dine with your dog laying by your table as long as they are well behaved. There were at least three or four dogs there with their owners eating dinner by us with our Dachshund. It was very cute. Lots of comfort food on the menu and it was wonderful to have a restaurant right in the hotel since we had our pets with us.
