This is a bright and well designed ground-level suite of a 3-level character house located on a quiet tree-lined street in one of Vancouver's most livable neighbourhoods. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds and the living room has a sofa bed. Has a full sized kitchen, in-suite laundry and separate entrance. Convenient location: 7 minute walk to Commercial Drive (The Drive) shops, 10 minute drive to Downtown, 1 block away from bus and 5 minute drive to TransCanada Highway 1.

The suite unit is the lower floor of a 3-floor house and is fully self contained with a separate locked entrance. It is fully furnished with a full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), an eating area with dining table, a living room with an LCD TV and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, a hallway with in-suite laundry washer and dryer, a 3 piece bathroom (tub/shower, sink and toilet) and two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 single beds and desk). Ceiling height is 6’6” to 6’10”. Comfortably heated with hot water baseboards in every room. WIFI and Apple TV (with Netflix) access included.

Free parking is available on the street in front.

***No smoking or vaping on the property and no pets.***

***My family with kids lives in the unit above the suite and there is some noise transfer between the floors. You will hear the noises of voices, walking on the floor and occasional music but we make every effort to be respectful for our guests.

***Note that work to 2nd floor of the house is not yet complete with some noise possible during the day; however, the suite interior is complete as you see in the photos.
