Welcome to our home! After spending a day out exploring Vancouver, or walking the Sea Wall, or playing at Kits beach, or hiking in the North Shore mountains, or a long night out at a live music event... you just want to go home and rest. That is why we started hosting, to provide that comfort of home when you're away from home.

Our newly renovated lower level suite has a 5 star rating on other booking sites like AirBnB. We're only a 5 minute walk to the nearest SkyTrain station, which takes you directly to downtown Vancouver in 20 minutes (BC Place, Rogers Arena, Science World, etc.)

This location is in the heart of Vancouver - a 20 minute drive to the beach, and a 10 minute drive to FIFA Fan Fest at PNE.

Enjoy walking in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, a few blocks away from parks and playgrounds, markets and coffee shops.

Our newly renovated basement suite is modern, bright, and clean. The new sound proofing means you can turn up the volume on our WiFi enabled TV - just log in to your favourite streaming apps!

This suite is spacious, 900 sqft! An open-concept living room, featuring two sofas, a large padded area rug, and a dedicated workspace with cushioned office chair. Our Wi-fi is fast! 1 Gbps dl speed!
The sofa converts to a queen sized sofa bed, with a memory foam mattress topper for your comfort, so this one bedroom suite can comfortably sleep four!

Stay warm on the coldest night, and cool on the hottest day with central heating and air conditioning. Too cold? Each room has it's own thermostat for your comfort.

The bedroom includes a brand new Queen-sized memory foam mattress, a large closet, and charging stations on each nightstand.

Our full-sized kitchen includes: coffee maker (Nespresso Vertuo machine), stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Green Pan frying pots and pans, fridge, extra kitchen table and chairs, etc.! And the family sized dining table easily seats 4-6.

Our bathroom is bright and clean, stocked with toiletries for your convenience.

We offer an in-suite washer and dryer (no need to pack heavy!)

Enjoy free residential street parking (a rare and valuable perk in Vancouver!) and total privacy in the separate entrance and completely self-contained layout.

Our space is kid friendly with plenty of room for children to move and play. You may hear the pitter patter of excited footsteps from the family above, but their quiet hours are from 20:00 (8 PM) to 08:00 (8 AM) so you can count on a good night's rest. Feel free to let your kids be kids, this is a family friendly home!
