Our home is in Yaletown and is a stunning 2 bedroom with an amazing view of False Creek from living room, and bedroom windows. It also looks over an inner court yard with a beautiful lagoon. Our condo is just under 880 square feet and has 2 full bathrooms with ensuite in master bedroom. It has been professionally furnished with all new furniture. The amenities in our building include: pool, steam room, hot tub and sauna; 1 underground parking spot included. Visitor parking available.

Our building also has a business centre and a community centre / party room that is positioned over the lagoon with an outdoor area as well.

Our building is an award winning building designed by James Cheng and is a landmark in the Vancouver skyline. The location is second to none and it is literally steps to shopping with Urban Fair grocery store and Starbucks on the lower level of our building. We are located in the heart of Yaletown downtown Vancouver and just across the street from Vancouvers 21 km seawall, and an Aquabus pick up location. There are coffee shops, restaurants, liquor store, post office, nail bars all within a couple of blocks of our home. The Roundhouse Community Centre is located directly across the street. We are a 10-15 minute walk to BC Place, Rogers Arena, and Queen Elizabeth Theatre. On the lower floor of our building you will have the convenience of a walk in medical clinic if ever needed during your stay.

We are 1 block to the Yaletown Canada Line skytrain station, which can take you directly to the airport in about 25 minutes. Bus stops within steps of our place. We are across the street from the 21 km seawall. The aquabus pick up location is directly across the street. A few stops the aquabus can drop you off at are Granville Island, Science World, Olympic Village, David Lam Park, Plaza of Nations, and directly across from Granville Island on the downtown side at the base of Hornby. You can google Aquabus to get a map of all of the locations for pick up and drop off.

Access to house must be provided when a viewing is requested for future tenancy. We will always provide a minimum of 48 hours notice
