Three generous bedroom laid out as follows: the master bedroom features on ObusForm king bed and adjacent the second bedrooom features two single beds. On the lower level is a three piece bath and a generous third bedroom with a queen bed. All bedding is new, hotel quality, minimum 500 thread count, 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury duvet’s and premium bath linens. Adjacent is a freshly painted newly carpeted separate family room with a Sony 40” flat screen HDTV, PVR, Song surround sound system, designer Queen Sofa Bed, ottoman and leather recliners. Kids can unwind or take in a movie in the family room, while grown- ups lounge in the luxury cross- hall living and dining room or on either of the front sun decks.
Also features a fully enclosed back yard with covered BBQ station. A full laundry room with high efficiency machines offers convenience and ease when it’s time to pack up.
