Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Here is a quick check list for your check-out: Please turn off all lights, appliances, the fan and A/C. Put all used dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine.
Please go to the same 7-11 and follow the instructions from keycafe to drop off the key set. If they are missing, you will be charged $200 as a penalty.
*If you check out before 6am, please contact me since 7-11 opens 5am-11:30pm. Late checkout fees will be accessed unless agreed upon. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please don't eat or drink in the bed.
Please don't throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. Also don't use towels to wipe dirty objects that will leave stains.
When you cook, please use the silicone mats or trivets to protect the kitchen countertop.
