This place is cancelled my reservation hours before I was supposed to check in. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service.

The operator did not honor my reservation - changed it less than 18 hours before I arrived - put me in a lesser quality place miles from where I wanted/needed to be - I will be taking the fiasco up with Expedia and the operator - I have travelled extensively and never had an issue with Expedia or other properties booked through them - the worst accommodation experience of my life !!!!
